Encouragement for When You are Anxious

There’s nothing more encouraging and filled with Hope and Faith than the Bible. Here are some scriptures to encourage you when you’re feeling anxious, worried and afraid:

Psalm 23:4-Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Psalm 94:19-And when I was burdened with worries, You comforted me and made me feel secure.

Psalm 112:7-They do not fear bad news, they confidently trust the Lord to care for them.

Isaiah 26:3-You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in you.

Psalm 94:19-When my anxieties multiply, your comforting calms me down.

Psalm 24:4-I sought the Lord and He answered me. He delivered me from all my fears.

1 Peter 5:7-Throw all your anxiety onto Him, because He cares about you.

2 Thessalonians 3:16-May the Lord of peace HImself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with all of you.

Psalm 34:17-When the righteous cry out, the lord listens; He delivers them from all their troubles.

Aren’t those great?

Here’s something you can say when you wake up in the mornings. Remember it’s not about how you feel at the moment, but instead you’re speaking life-giving words over yourself:

I am calm and peaceful,

I am stable and fixed in my mind and in my purpose.

I will not allow circumstances to upset me.

I will rise above challenges and difficulties.

I choose peace.

My words will be pleasant and life-giving and faith filled.

My surroundings will be peaceful.

My outlook will be positive.

The circumstances around me will not dictate the joy within me.

I will have a great day.

You got this. There's no situation that's too hard for God.

There's help and hope on the other side of what you're going through.
