It’s good to have a reminder, in the midst of all the “stuff” of life, that life is good and better than you might think in the moment, With the pressures and challenges you face every single day, it’s worth taking a pause to reflect on the blessings of today.

Some people didn’t get the chance at another day, but you did! Don’t lose sight of the fact that every single day is a gift.

Oprah said, "Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough."

Gratitude is found the moment we stop looking for more and start appreciating what we already have.

How can you incorporate gratitude into your life every day?

  • Be grateful for what you DO have instead of focusing on everything you don’t have.

  • Stop focusing on everything that is going wrong and be thankful for what's going right.

  • Stop asking God why it happened and be grateful He gave you the strength to make it through.

  • Appreciate life even when it's not perfect.

  • When you’re having a bad moment, flip the script and don’t allow it to turn into a bad day. Every day might not be good, but remember, if you search hard enough, there’s something GOOD in every day.

The truth is, the more grateful you are, the more beauty and blessings you begin to see. Walt Disney nailed it when he said “The more you are in a state of gratitude, the more you will attract things to be grateful for.”

Make gratitude part of your day. Start and end each day with a grateful heart.
