Living Life with No Regrets

What if you could live your life in such a way that a week, year or even five years down the road, you don’t look back with regret?

Fortunately, there is a way!. It takes extreme effort, a positive mindset and a strong desire to make each day better than ever.

Here are 10 areas to conquer so that you’re not dealing with regret:

1. Allowing others to define you

You are not who others think you are or say you are. You are defined by God and He thinks you’re AMAZING! Tune out the naysayers and turn up what God says about you.

2. Worrying

Worry doesn’t add a single hour to your life, but it sure does steal away from your joy, peace and living life to the fullest. Give your worry to God and let Him work out what’s stressing you out.

3. Fearing change

FEAR IS A LIAR!. Don’t let it dictate your life. Look fear in the face and step out in faith! You got this!

4. Not putting family first

Things don:t matter, BUT PEOPLE DO! Love now. Spend time now. Show those you love that they are your priority. Give them your best and not your leftovers.

5. Holding on to the Past

Stop looking back. Stop reliiving. Stop condeming yourself for failures. You are not there anymore. It’s time to move forward.

6. Not forgiving

Whether it’s anger, grudges or hate, it’s serving you no purpose and it’s doing more damage than you could ever imagine. Let it go!

7. Settling

You deserve the best. You deserve the most love, the best life, the best family, etc. None of it happens if you think you deserve it. The first step in getting the best and living your best life is believing you deserve it!

8. Giving up on your dreams

You have to train the quit right out of you. Giving up and quitting is not an option. If you fail, try again. If you fall down, get back up. Take the risk and go for it!

9. Not showing up as your best self

You gotta show up everyday as your best self. Not that you will always feel like it, but you gotta fake it til you make it. Life is too short to settle for ordinary. Go for the extraordinary.

10. Not choosing happiness everyday

Happiness is a choice and you have to choose it on the good days as well as the not-so-good days. Don’t let life happen to you…YOU happen to life!

Let’s make the most of the days and live life without regrets!
